Palini and Gene btw didn`t lose time today as they were in the first group of 14. So was Petit and Charteau.
So Palini will still have the GC lead with Haddi in 2nd and Gene as 3rd ahead of Petit in 4th.
Charteau still in reach for the 4th consecutive win but it won`t be easy I guess with pretty flat stages and strong opponents.

It was time for Gene to win a stage this year as well.
And Europcar could make it yet another year.

And we're back to world class cycling today!
Coverage of People's Choice Classic, the pre-TDU crit with all TDU starters, is set to start 9:30am CET, or 7 hours 30 from now on.
https://www.ninemsn.com.au/ should link to a not geo-restricted stream in time, and remember it's only 51 km's
