Congrats everyone.
A tip: before you decide wahtever you want to do with your team, just check the db. You'll see that will spare you a lot of trouble when deciding upon your national focus.
And another thing: do not choose a portuguese focus! It'll be torture for you

Too all that weren`t picked: Don`t feel ignored. Not everyone can get selected for a limited number of new managers. There were several reasons for the guys that were selected.
If you stay active with good quality posts you have best chances to be selected in the next year. Valverde is the best example as he entered the MG with his 2nd attempt. |

Congrats to all the new managers (and former D2 collegues). Just one advice from somebody who did exactly what he is warning from: Dont go crazy and post trash and act absolutely crazy in the transfer season like trying to sign ten riders at once. 
And best advice: Stay away from Ukraine!

iirc you make your signature clickable by having URL=http..... in brackets [] then you write whatever you wanna write, and you end it by setting /URL in brackets [] again
