Maybe... Think Tuft and Mouris will go, considering the number of TTs.. Both are podium contenders there. |

Where ? Mouris a podium contender in a Tour TT ?
I don't think so. Tuft is worth a punt, but nothing more than Top 10 at best.

Sky's Short-list for Tour
Boasson Hagen
Cavendish
Eisel
Froome
Knees
Lofkvist
Pate
Porte
Rogers
Siutsou
Sutton
Uran
Wiggins
Uran, Lofkvist & Sutton definitely will not go, only in emergency.
Then it's a toss up between Eisel and Pate for final place. Wiggo, EBH, Froome, Porte, Cav and Rogers are 100% though if nothing happens.
Is this an official short-list or your own opinion?

Quite a team. Both Greipel and Van Den Broeck have great helpers! |

Nordhaug would be way better than Pate. He's better on the flats, he's better climber and offers better support for Wiggins.
Disagree. Pate is more useful than Nordhaug on the flat. And Sky have more useful riders than Nordhaug on the climbs.
Pate's engine to be on the front all day is up there with the best of them imo. Nordhaug has shown some good climbing form but as SN says Sky have that covered already. Having Knees and Pate will give them 2 riders that can control the race in the first half or so of stages day after day.
Also Sky seem to keep the core of the Tour team together throughout the season to build teamwork and understanding - Nordhaug has been racing in the other Sky group with the Columbians etc raher than with the core group of Wiggin's, Porte, Rogers, Froome and Siutsou.
Time will tell, c'mon Sky get a wiggle on with the team already!

Wonder what Leipheimer can do. He owned in the Swiss mountains but his TTs were really weak, does anyone know if he took it easy there or what?

Kessiakoff has confirmed that he'll ride the Tour.
Then I'd also expect Kiserlovski, Vino, Brajkovic and Kashechkin in Astana's squad. No confirmation on those, but it's very likely.
