Venchi will stay mostly the same. One of the suppliers of equipment will change, and there are talks with a current sponsor to spit a bit more money into the team - maybe even become a part of the team name. We'll see.

Spyker Cars is disbanding, by the way. Wanted to get rid of it when it went bankrupt IRL, but couldn't be bothered in the end.
Will probably be replaced by a French sponsor. |

UBS will definitely be with us again, but not La Pierre. It sounds like there will be enough French teams, so our nationality will be only Swiss. And we will be bringing in another big Swiss name-sponsor, though it hasn't been decided which one.
Also, same colors.

If we will be here next year (my biggest hope) and will be up to CT, then we contact some biggest names (as the biggest competition require) and our team name will be BMW-Allianz |

Team WWE will be continueing their sponsorship. There will most likely be a change in squad and structure, as well as jersey, but that is just on a rumour level.

My team will be renamed Ekspla-Cision. The nationalities will be Lithuanian/Swedish. Colours: Well, you made my jersey  but Green, White and Light Blue
EDIT: I will be riding Centurion bikes
Even if I am not getting a team next year, this part is still very fun

Headquaters of my team will definetely move away from France to Czech Republic, as Vittel isn't really satisfied with our results and they are likely to end their sponsorship of my team. Milka should stay with my team for another season, but nothing is official yet.

If you want you can take my jersey, without BMW but with VW as a small sponsor, which is bigger and better
