Both pictures are Leopard Trek.
I think it will be equal to the previous packs. Frames, helmet, wheels, several national jerseys and all smaller equipment stuff like shoes, manchettes, transferts, logos, minilogos etc.

this might be stupid question, but how do we add these packs to the db? ive downloaded the packs, but not sure what to do after unzipping them

Quick guide:
***Accessories***
The main team folder in the game is found in Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/CM_Textures/cycliste/team and is called 11leopard.
This leaves you 2 options:
1). Rename every item in the new folder to 11leopard (leo_bidon to 11leopard_bidon etc.); or
2). Edit your current database/savegame to direct the game to look in a new folder you create called leo and placed in your Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/CM_Textures/cycliste/team folder.
This is easier....
a). Open your database with full editor;
b). Scroll to DYN_team in the drop-down menu and loadit;
c). Locate Leopards info IDteam 26 and scroll over to cell jersey_sz_abbreviation and change it from 11leopard to leo.
d). "Save";
e). "Export" by putting a new name to your database (_V1) in Database Out box...the export button will become available.
f). Put your new database in your My Documents/PCM2011~/database folder;
g). Choose your new database from the options folder.
***Helmet and Frame***
Again 2 ways: database or rename.
Choose rename.
In the game the helmet for Leopard is called helmet_leopard11 and the frame is called frame_leopard11.....
1). Rename the PCMBenelux files from frame_leo to frame_leopard and helmet_leo to helmet_leopard11...remember the _d, _n, _s extensions for the new files.
2). Place the frame and helmet .nif files in their respective Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/CM_Meshes/equipment/frames and helmets folders and let them overwrite the current ones.
***Logos, minilogos,***
1). Make sure they are named the same as the accessories folder you chose for the team...in this case leo or 11leopard. Therefore, you will either have leo and leo_minilogo or 11leopard and 11leopard_minilogo depending on which option you chose for the accessories.
2). Place the logo in Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/Gui/team/logo folder and let it overwrite the current.
3). Add the minilogo to your Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/Gui/team/minilogo folder and let it overwrite the current.
***couleurs***
1). Again name it as the team folder: leo_couleurs or 11leopard_couleurs;
2). Place the leo_couleurs in your Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010/Gui/team/couleurs folder.
Long winded, but should help
