Great work from Lecomte to stay within himself (only just perhaps looking at that video) and work his way into the GC lead over the last two days to take a very good GC win for the PBR lads in Aosta with able backup from Jimenez and Legazpi.
As per less said about Santos the better. At least this is all expected so we can enjoy the random good days when they come

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Thank you, Shonak! The first win ever for our dev team and you caught it on video! Fritsch must have had good legs, he was really close to the front just waiting to attack, but I'm happy he waited that long with that strong wind. 4th overall, too, nicely done.
Also, Majka is in the lead in Sochi, a focus race. We haven't yet won a WT stage race...
So far just like I'd hoped, Majka won on the queen stage, enough to get past Kelderman, though a bigger gap would have been nice. Surprisingly good sprint on stage 3 for a few bonus seconds, now it's all down to the TT. Kelderman has TTR 78, Majka 77, 27 seconds should be enough, but we know how random TTs are. Good luck, Rafal!

Gonna need Mannion to hold on here in California as this is one of our focus races. Its going really well so far, but the results haven't been great recently. Huge gaps on stage 3 help though, if he does falter a bit, should hopefully still get a solid GC result, but lets not prepare for that.

Bennett has finally gotten the balls to show off his terribly designed NC with pride. A win, a podium, and a 5th are good results, though it would have been nice to win the green jersey. But hey, maybe we'll get some magic on stage 8.
Brenes doing pretty decent to stay in the top 15 on GC.

That was fast.
Finally our first win of the season, and it's a real home win with one of our Swiss U23 riders, very nice.
Sochi is going alright so far, just a bit annoying that Caruso got dropped in the TTT and lost a lot of seconds there.

Decent result in Aosta given that my team isn't a world beater in the U23's. So far in California the team proves that it's well oiled machine as a collective unit. Honestly, how many times my team has been in Top 3 in the teams classifications?

Diego Ochoa was absolutely disappointing in the 1st stage in California. We didn't expect him to win, but coming after 9' in a stage that didn't demand too much of his skills is not good at all. Seriously, man, pull yourself together.
Still, we are doing great in California. Top 10 in every single stage, topped by 3rd and 4th place in the TT, is very good for a team of our caliber. Even more, Aredondo sits 10th in the GC, Lander 5th in points, Rose 4th in KoM and the team 3rd in teams classification. If we maintain these positions we can consider our participation in California a success. |

Things really haven't been going my way lately. Glad to see the pace is still so quick, and at least it won't take too long before Magnum - Madshus will get another nice result

Let the party begin with first GT of the year - Giro d'Italia
All stages with videos, so get ready for the best GT of the year!
Daily updates until friday, around same time as today. Unless bad rng will postpone last update for a few days. Let's hope not.
For cosmetic reason. I know there are green circles and names showing in winning photos. Got information how I can get rid of those for picture purposes not so long ago. So... you gotta survive with green circles for some time
Also, I know winning jersey won't be showing properly on podium on ITT from now on in my reports. I don't know what is the reason behind it as you might remember, few ITTs earlier, hadn't had that issue with previous races that had ITT. |

Good entertainment so far, Wellens doing ok but not great. Top 10 should still be possible for him.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Fantastic videos, dominox! A new experience to see all the stages captured!
I'm sorry for jandal, Peiffer was the big favourite to win white and he crashes out on stage 3. The door is now wide open for Tao, who's also 10th overall, but it leaves a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
Arndt with his best performance for us so far, though still not enough to beat Quintana in a mass sprint! Nairo with a bad day on stage 6, Nibali even more disappointing, but that should make the rest of the race even more exciting.

Dombrowski doing well in Sochi so far.
Giro hasn't started well but that was expected. Hopefully we can join a break or two going ahead.

Wow Quintana on a raid in a the first few stages, then loses crucial time. Herrada well positioned and doing good, would have been nice to have a stage win too, but Barguil and Quintana obv have the superior kick. Thanks a lot dominox!

oh god damn it... guess at least it happened to a team that's not fighting for anything except pride, not sure if that makes it sadder or happier in the grand scheme of things. Really shitty either way though. At least Chaves is doing ok since in 12th overall but so much less than white plus a top 10 in terms of points and more importantly in terms of fun and visibility. Hopefully he goes for some breakaways.
Thanks for the effort in making all stages videod dominox, appreciate it All of you reporters are awesome and sorry most of what I have to respond to you is negative, that's obviously on me for my team building and not you (and a teeny bit on people who enjoy crashes in management games)

There will always going to be someone who would like him in his team no matter his results. Me, for example, lol |

Mannion Most important win of the season so far I think. Hopefully we move back to challenging for promotion. I didn't think it would've been possible, but seeing how things are going, why not get hopeful?
Uran apparently one of the top sprinters in Romandie too. Hopefully thats a good sign for when the mountains come.

Mixed feelings about the start of the Giro to be honest. I really hoped that Villella could win one of those 3 early hilly stages and/or get the pink jersey as joint best puncheur and best sprinter of those. The reality is though, that he didn't even get a stage podium yet, with the best result funnily enough coming on the mountain stage, where he did very well. Without the crash on the 3rd stage he'd be in 5th now, which would be very good, but obviously he isn't, at least he didn't get injured, that would have been a disaster.
The other guys are not doing too badly, Domont was 2nd in KOM there for a bit, so maybe he'll fight for it in the mountains. Cimolai twice 5th is pretty good too, just a shame he got blocked on that 2nd sprint stage, he could have maybe even won that (instead he got beaten by Nairo fricking Quintana ).
GC wise it's shaping up to be an epic clash between the first 4 guys, with Quintana showing some surprising weaknesses there on that last stage.
Thanks for all those videos dominox, very cool to see the action happening.
