Epic match between Berdych and Monfils, unfortunately with bad end for 5th seed Berdych, but this is his less favourite surface to play on. Very hard to play Monfils in first round, he is trying to come back to the top and in front of his home crowd.

Was watching the Brands v Nadal game and came to conclusion.
How can anyone watch Nadal play ? His serving routine is soooo annoying it's beyond funny even..

Apparently he makes this weird grunting sound during his serve that sounds like something charging up.

I prefer Maria Sharapova's grunts myself.

I started getting into tennis a few years back and I follow it relativly closely. "Follow" as in; I know the top names and I'm pretty familiar with the Top 20-players, but not much else.
I've been looking for a decent tennis-game for PS3. Does anybody know of one? Top Spin 4, perhaps?

The last time I checked the PSN store. there were demos for most of the PS3 tennis games. Top Spin being one of them, iirc. |

Definitely Virtua Tennis, by far the best.

I was looking for something with a decent "Career Mode", possibly something like Virtual Pro.
One of the few good things about having Eurosport is that they show tennis from 11.00 to 21.00

I recommend Virtua Tennis 4 for PS3,but if you want good simulation for PC,try Tennis Elbow 2011. It is really bad game on itself, but, after few researching on forums , i found tons of animations + patches + you can play career (start with new player or play with exsiting one).
Graphics is much worser than Virtua Tennis, but it is great.

Anyone watching the Isner match? This man just always gets into marathon matches.

What? Virtua Tennis hardly felt different from that Mario Tennis Superstars game! Top Spin 4 is a lot better.

But isn't Top Spin 4 getting a bit old? I remember coming across it a long time ago... As long as it's not to "arcady" and has a good career mode (preferably "FIFA VP-styleish" and licensed names I don't care.
Bit surprised bu Azarenka today, and not in a good way. She seemed to struggle a little bit for a while.

I have both TopSpin 4 and Virtua Tennis 4. But too be honest, neither of them really give you the experience.

Tsongaaaa!
I am a bit disappointed in Kuznetsova, she had that match in hands and just let Serena winning it.
That's probably definition of champion (talking about Serena), but still , Svetlana was so close... |
