Uh, not that good either Nibbles. So, something must have been up with the wind clearly.

Why are people surprised by Froome? He has done zero TT trianing this year...he said I think about thousand times all focus will be improving his climbing this year with the route Tour presented..

Really? Wind or not what was everyone really expecting on a flat short TT from the GC guys? They all finished close to each other which to me is exactly what should of happened on this course

It is probably true.

Pinot being the best GC rider, yes there must have been something up with it.

Talansky with an absolutely terrible ride. He only beat Dan martin, worst esteemed time trialist, by 2 seconds.
Great ride from Van Garderen though. Slots in very well going into the GC race.

Talansky is turrible, should definetely have much higher expectations for Martin.
I agree with Shonak, the wind might have changed a little. Its very obvious no one have training TT this year as well, those two things coupled together might explain the relatively bad times from the top favorites.

Yeah but it was only a couple of seconds so I still think the GC guys performed to what should of been expected

Pinot best GC rider hm? Think again?
Actually from what I've heard, weather barely changed, doubt any changes played a big role here.
