And it is impossible to create 30 fully different riders.
Btw: I actually planed to make him "Rodriguez style". But the plan was to first make him only a hilly leader who wins much so he gains more points on one day races. These points would be used to turn him into a climber/stage racer like rodriguez later on.
@the_hoyle, I go through the schedule for the whole season briefly in Part 1 but if I were you I would just either pick a .1 race (or .2 of course) that you want your rider to do and I will tell you if we're doing it or just pick a month where you want to peak.

If the team is going to be taking part in any Scandinavian races, it would be nice to take part in those. Also, peak for Finnish NCs if you have them in the game would be nice. Take a break in July/August to peak for September (Tour of Britain mainly) and October races (maybe Chrono des Nations)
Sorry, not possible. For two reasons. It's too late to apply for the Glava Tour and the Arctic Tour isn't in the DB.
And as for the NC's, I'm trying to find a way for the countries that don't have an NC, either played or simulated, to win the NC if you know what I mean. So the likes of yourself, the Hungarian guys, Yamada etc. can have a chance to wear their national jersey. Everyone should have a chance to wear their national champion's jersey. Any ideas?

Self create a NC - by which i mean a race, where for example all Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc race at the same time, and the first from each nation to finish is the NC... It's what the man-game does, and it will be used in the ucpcl as well

I know, it's disgusting really. All eight of you will be fired immediately. It's weird how we have been better in .1 races than .2 races so far. These Continental teams mean business
Da Silva seems the strongest out of our guys all seems good for the queen stage, with Kelly looking weak maybe an idea to go for Zoltan on the 4th stage with him looking stronger so far?
I think part of the problem is that Kelly's leadout riders are all quite good sprinters as it is, and when there's a gap between Kelly and the one ahead, it's kind of hard to even reach him. And starting to sprint with about 800m to go doesn't really help either.
