Brilliant stuff from Costa. I thought the climb would be too hard for him, but he showed real strength. Would probably have taken another 5 seconds or so if it wasn't for that hilarious accident
Also, dear that was a bad finish from TVG. Didn't have to take a turn the whole way down and still couldn't pass Costa, who launched the sprint very early. Heck, even Mollema closed a gap and beat Tejay.

Good ride by Cam Meyer, constantly improving on the mountains. And good to see Dombrowski showing good sign after that crash early in race.
Costa for 2nd Suisse it looks. And an upgrade to 77 in MO too

Is Costa a better TTer then Frank? remember that Frank probably is in 100% top shape also.

Costa is better. No doubt. Frank is okay, but Costa should beat him in most occasions.

Yellow jersey and home turf, ii wouldn't be surprised if he holds on. |

I know, but Yellow jersey and home turf has a tendency to make rider over achieve in real life also |

What?
If anything, it played in Mollema's favour. He was several metres behind Costa and Tejay when they had to stop, allowing him to get back in contact.

I mean unfortunate to lose a couple of meters in the stupid descend. And the Banner thing was stupid because they certainly lost time there... |
