Mine as already long done
When Ferrari decided he is not sprinting anymore, Rabottini clearly weaker as last year and Hesjedal got sick.
About Ferrari, Lampre should have brought Petacchi

Well, I was close to 10th place, so it's quite disappointing.

Can't see why not try. He needs some points from today ( whether at finish or intermediate ) to be with realistic chance of getting points jersey with 2 mountain stages and a mountain TT left for Evans.

OPQS aren't going to pull it back for the intermediate sprints and it is a long shot but why not give it a try given stage 13 came off? Arguably an even longer shot but if you don't buy a ticket and all that...

Not sure if already mentioned, but awful weather is expected for Friday, once again.
Hope they can leave the route like it is now.

Yeah the ongoing weather in Europe is a real shame. The first 8 days or so of this Giro were golden but the double whammy of GC contender sickness and the weather abreviating stages has taken the shine off.
Don't get me wrong, there have been some very enjoyable stages and there's still plenty to enjoy but with a little more luck you get the feeling it could have been epic |

Interesting, Italy suffering form shit weather whilst northern Norway hasn't seen a cloud in weeks and with temperatures up to 20C

I have Friday booked off to watch it probably go out for a ride myself now instead - in the rain again no doubt... |

First half of this climb is key for OPQS with a less steep last few kms to the top. |

The climb starts. If they keep this attacking up I'm not liking Cavendish's odds of getting over. Not that I liked the odds in the first place.

Pozzato, Felline and Ventoso are some of the faster ones still in the peloton. I doubt Viviani made it over the top.
