I thought it was Bands on the riders sleeves and collars. Anyway its OPQ who havn't started yet. It should be noticeable once they get underway

Not necessarily, but a very difficult TTT kills the whole idea of a TTT.
It's probably common knowledge, so sorry to sound pedantic if I do. TTT are about TT skills of course, but also team work (how well you relay, how well you manage to switch between relaying on two rows and on one, how smartly you let riders miss their relays when they're approaching exhaustion, etc.).
If it's too hard there's much less drafting, so the team work ability is much less significant. Better not to have one than having one that is too hard. |
