@fjhoekie: Good luck with the house! The pace is down to a crawl at the moment, but mid-April might be too late for the race selection. Should be easy enough to do for a WT team, I think. Or risk somebody else plans it for you, I volunteer. 
@the_hoyle: I believe you haven't done research even though you have some cash left over. Bikex hasn't really set a deadline for that, so you can probably still do it. Otherwise it's time for the race selection. Your team looks good, nice continental focus, you don't need to bother with cobblestones or flat races, so race selection should be a breeze, too.

@Vali: I expected no less of you.
@scatmaster: Nothing is lost yet, I hope. It's the ICL 19 season and the year 2019 still has a long way to go. A few managers will miss the deadline or have forgotten about PCM.daily, that's life. We'll definitely make the teams compete, last season poor croatia did all the planning for the orphaned teams by himself, I've already volunteered to help this season.

Yeah, here's hoping we can make this all work. And I'll gladly try to chip in where I can. It's pretty busy for me right now trying to plan for a Belgium racing camp, but there are still pockets of time each day that I can work on this. I'll be sure to say if any time is too hectic (like the first week of April might be).

I suggest for next season every manager should send the mail to bikex when signing up so that they can be informed in a simple mail when stuff has to be done.

Yes, surely by now it must be apparent that if this is gonna continue, it's gonna have to continue with or without those who haven't sent in their race selections yet. The two possible solutions are:
1) Those of us who remain can complete the race entries for those missing. It would at least mean that the races remain full and people can possibly come back, which is what we want really
2) Continue on without the teams of the missing managers. It might seem extreme for just missing one step, but it's been centuries and I'm not even sure if they've checked this thread back yet. Could always just make it an rping thing, maybe some ideological divide between the ICL UCI and some organization of teams.
