I researched a TT at Viana do Castello was part of the Volta a Portugal, but it´s not at the right time...
i tried to replace them once with the ITT of Belgium, once with the ITT from Poland |

You have to replace the cds file with belgium's cds file and the zces file with the belgium zces' file.

I did that and then tried it out...the first time with Pokand, the second with belgium... |

problem solved, had to exchange the files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\CM_Stages" |

Were you trying to overwrite the files in the mydocs folder?

I have a bug. But would be nice if someone else checked it, too, though I didn't edit much.
Riders with skin_1 don't show as black guys. Riders like Reza, Gène etc are white in 3D mode, while they have skin 1 in the editor, and the files of type 1 are present, but somehow it doesn't work.
Is this expansion pack related, can someone test this?

Yes, it is. But now I've tried it with several databases and it isn't only the Expansion Pack. Of, course, it could be something went wrong in the Local database or the graphical settings, which were also adjusted in the expansion pack.
I've messed around a bit with the skin types, changing them to other names etc, once I suddenly made every rider black, so the graphical black skin works, but I can't get it to work only on black people. |

Could you take a screen of your sta_tga_skin?
Probably there isn't anything wrong, but it's worth a look.

sta_tga_skin doesn't look different from PCM 13, where it semed to work fine. Guess it's just another Cyanide mess up  |

Haven't played 14 yet, but currently considering to work on a new DB with a focus on African teams... So... Would be great to know if this is a known bug or just happening to only a few members!? Pcm14 ain't exactly new, so i wonder why i haven't seen such a bug report before

It doesn't happen to me, so I guess it is a random bug that just some players experience.

Unfortunately, my problem is still occurring. In about 50% of the races, the terrain has huge areas of grey "beneath" the vegetation. matt17br gave me some tips on how to tweak the settings, and I changed both the anisotropy and antialiasing to zero, and tuned up the quality of the terrain.
I should add that i use the post-vuelta stat update, and that I have also downloaded the great pack with all those extra stages. Can anybody help me solve this quite annoying problem?  |

Have you installed any other db before? Looks like your pc is good so it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes absolutely. I have enjoyed all the Daily.DBs for several years in a row, and even though I'm far from being a wizard when it comes to computers, I believed that I should be able to follow the instructions by now.
But I believe that I should try to install everything all over again, and then report back here if that doesn't work either |

Nono I meant, have you installed any other db before the ep in pcm 2014 without reinstalling pcm 14? Also, have you got any other pcm game other than pcm 14 currebtly installed on your computer?

You really should reinstall the game, having 2 dbs installed at the same time isn't the best thing when you play pcm, epsecially when we talk about the FDB that has got lots of graphics that could affect the game.

I deleted both the game and FDB and then re-installed the game again, but still no luck. I even deleted PCM 2013 you for good measure, but as expected that didn't do any difference either.
Please don't tell you are running out of options for me here |
