Has Cancellara promised to help Horner?
I heard that Radioshack (or whatever that team is called at the moment) offered to pay 200k to Cancellara if he wins the WC. Unless they promised the same amount to Horner for winning the Vuelta, you should blame the team not the rider.
Edit: And blaming a champion to be(have) like a champion is just too stupid, even for this forum.

Cancellare gets paid monthly by Radioshack to ride for the team.
