Bobridge, Stuey and Andy hitting the town. Watch out France, these guys are coming to a Tour near you!

Surely Schleck would go down like he was on a descent after one pint... |

Let's see where that goes. Also there are rumours that they are looking to sign Andy for 2014... which might well piss Nibali off if he had in mind going for next year's Tour.
Schlecks joining wouldn't change Nibali's role at the Tour. He's way better than both of them, so he'd be the unquestionable leader.
That's why there's zero chance of this move happening, imo. They wont join a team that isn't offering them leading roles at the Tour.

Oh god, do not make it look like Anthony Tan might be right about the Schlecks and Orica-GreenEDGE (kidding). Though, the whole MPCC situation will probably put the spanner in those rumours. |

From the fan perspective it's interesting to see how much you hate Schlecks and you like Nibali, but actually we both know it would change Nibali's role quite a lot. The reputation of Schlecks is too big and they would never ride as something like domestiques for Nibali who is certainly still less reputable than Nibali. If they would ever sign for Astana, it would mean Nibali will ride Giro, or that team would have 3 leaders for Tour de France, as like CSC-Saxo Bank in 2008.

Just heard from a very reliable source at the Stockton GP yesterday that Sky are looking for a way to buy Betancourt's Contract out at the end of this year. Apparently he's only got one year left and his contract is worth around 200,000 euros per annum which sky feels is reasonable plus his wages next year. |

Schleck wouldn't get a round of drinks in, he'd retire on the way to the bar |

"You can't approach a rider who is under contract with another team. Chris Froome is going nowhere" - David Brailsford
Apparently he has a short memory though (Wiggins and Swift both signed whilst under contract), so it's definitely possible.

Howson to OGE.
Wouldn't mind Andy coming to OGE, not Frank though. |

Batancur would be ridiculously good bit of business if Sky can pull it off, with Uran leaving, money wise it won't be an issue, however for logical reasons I hope this doesn't happen. Still sceptical about it, but we'll anything is possible.
Glad that OGE got some of their upcoming talent sign for them after few misses.

Van Keirsbulck rumoured to strengthen the classics department of Trek.
Lotto very intrested in Kristoff Vandewalle. (I like the sound of this, for both team and rider).
And Demol will stay with Trek so Devolder should stay there aswell

If I didn't know any better, I'd say you just read the sportspages from De Gentenaar/Het Nieuwsblad? |

not sure if already mentioned, but probably important
Euskaltel to potentially disband, if another sponsor isn't found
