The time trial champion of Israel is.....
Dmytro Grabovskyy
A. What?
B. He's alive?
C. What?
D. But he's....ukr....uhh.....
E. What?
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified
"I love him, I think he's great. He's transformed the sport in so many ways. Every person in cycling has benefitted from Lance Armstrong, perhaps not financially but in some sense" - Bradley Wiggins on Lance Armstrong

Actually, for a reason I never understood, he is technically not an Israeli citizen, so he can't be the Israeli champion. So the title goes to...
Yoav bear, the first men to lose a race by 3 minutes and still win it |

Could it be a bit like the old Australian national championships where foreign riders were allowed to compete but the first Australia to cross the line was the winner (or in this case the Australian with the best time)?
