I have to say, I hope Bauer takes some time off in the 2nd part of the season...allow some of the others to shine! Also just a quick question...Cassidy...no points!? I thought he was great personally!
As I said, Bauer will have a rest very soon so others will definitely get a chance. Cassidy's "owner" is inactive, so there's very little point in giving him points. I will control his development from now on but I'm mainly keeping him as a domestique/breakaway master!
It's nice to hear that Zoltan is now on the team, plus I can't wait for...

Great domination in Italy though You can also choose a difficulty level between hard and extreme. Maybe 3.5% or so. It's possible to do that by editing the local.cdb, and then race difficulty or something (forgot the name of the table). Just in case you're bored on hard and don't want to play on extreme.
After an epic performance in Mallorca , Goudelock haven't racing on a while. Also , will this team gonna race in Turkey?
+1 MO +1 ACC for stats.
If we do there are flat , mountain and hill stages that we can train for big races or have a great result.

It's okay. I just wanted to give him a better advantage against those punchy sprinters like Gombocz and especially Ntanga. But it seems I have to wait for another point till being the ONE AND ONLY HILLY LEADER

@kyanto, thanks. I think I'm going to try that difficulty trick. I definitely need it to be a bit harder because I genuinely think I could win every race between now and the end of the season unless the AI breaks.
@knockout, don't worry, there is a lot of points to pick up and I think Ntanga is more interested in being an all-rounder than a pure puncher.

I've posted numerous warnings going back two weeks that you and a few others would be kicked out if you remained inactive, and none of you said anything. If you have been on holiday for three weeks, then you should have told me via PM that you wouldn't be here and I would have left him in. cio93 did just that.

@the_hoyle and jaxika, some of you will probably take part in the Volta ao Alentejo as three of the team there were the kicked out riders.
And on that subject, jaxika, the_hoyle, Selwink and jt1109 can now give me a race they want to target, bearing in mind that Da Silva is actually peaking at this very moment (late March) unfortunately. Yes, he will lead in Alentejo, don't worry about that.
It's now time for the next natural progression day! This works similar to how it does in any career so when you reach a specific day, your stats will go up.
This one is for the second age group, which is the riders between 20 and 22. There are six riders in this category and they all get two points to apply to their attributes, and they can be used on whatever you want. It is independent from the performance points so you can increase the same stat again if you want but please try to remember just improving one stat will make you pretty useless.
The riders are:
Meek Douglas Gombocz Kelly de Vries Birtles Yes, I know that's me but I'm just telling you
As I said, both points can go on the same attribute if you wish but making a guy that's, for example, 80MO and 70HIL will be a bit stupid!
Also, because he is only 18, Zoltan also gets two points as he missed his first natural progression day. jaxika, I'm being serious here, I really recommend you don't put these points on either FL, HIL or SP. You're 18(!!!) and really shouldn't be that good already. If I were you, I'd put them both on RES but it's up to you of course. PLEASE BE REALISTIC. Everyone else is.

Agreed here, I really dislike it if points are spent like he does, just 74 on a few stats and neglecting the other stats.
