It is like a bidding process
For example:
Rider name: Rein Taarmae
To: Sky
Price: 20k
and then someone could quote it and the highest bidder at the end of the window wins.

Buy maybe you can allow to bid for the free riders from the official database. That way the teams will be more balanced, because that team wich used all the money its strong enough i think. |
