I put my money on 'other rider' today, i think that small climb might bring out something  that small uphill, perfect for a gilbert ;| |

According to Luuc Eisinga, Matti Breschel's crash was pretty bad and it is uncertain if he can make the Worlds now..

That's the bad thing of La Vuelta. Having the WC so close in the calendar, a lot of riders think that quitting is the best way. I hope don't see at the end teams with just 4 or 5 riders...

What are you talking about? Except Goss and Cav the others have been seriously injured.

That's not the reason why Arvesen quitted. A horrible crash yesterday, hitting a child. A pity, would have been great to see Arvesen in great shape in the Worlds, in his last season of riding. |

This stage has turned out quite interesting, nice pace from Leopard, hopefully there will be attacks close to the top, and on the flats/descent. |
