Good shot stopper and solid enough at dealing with crosses. But that isn't enough in the premier league (Which is why Mignolet gets so much criticism). His distribution and decision making have always been a bit iffy which is why he has never been seen as anything more then a solid number 1 in England. Capable of World Class performances, capable of dropping the ball into his own net.
I think a lot of Everton fans also moaned that he does to much guessing, and goes to ground to early, instead of waiting to see what the attacker actually does. Sometimes it works, sometimes the striker dinks it over you as you lie on the floor looking like a muppet.  |

His commitment to Everton both on and off the field is nothing short of brilliant but this season he has been making a lot of errors so lost his place to Robles, will be sorry to see him go but age is against him now and Colorado have offered him a 3 year contract, which he wouldn't have got from Everton so it was a no brainer for him.... |

Seriously though, I can understand he wants a high salary because he is probably better than ever, but salaries like that are just ridiculous. |

Er...
Yeah sure, salaries are ridiculous, but if so many people around the world want to aspire to them, are willing to buy merchandise, watch games on TV, than they do merit it, at least in some sense.

Positive A-test for a "fat-burning" substance. No official ban applied yet, but Liverpool has decided to not select him whilst he's under investigation. So we'll be waiting on the B-test results.
The result came from the EL match against United. UEFA are the main investigating force, rather than the FA.
