How To Play: Very simple game. All you have to do is send me a PM on PCM.Daily every hour for as long as you can/want. You get 1 point per hour and whoever lasts the longest will be declared the winner. Please read the rules below for more details.
Rules:
- The first PM must come NO LATER than 10:00 AM EDT Thursday, September 21st.
- The PM's MUST come once an hour. If you send a PM at 10:00 AM, you must PM me again by 11:00 AM. If you PM me at 10:00 AM and again at 10:45 AM, you have until 11:45 AM to do the next one.
- You will NOT get multiple points just for sending a PM every minute. Only 1 point per hour. So 10:00 - 11:00 is 1 point, 11:00 - 12:00 is 1 point, and so on.
- PM can be whatever you want it to be. I don't get offended, and I will keep track of your points. Heck, you can keep conversation with me, send me dank memes, or tell me this game sucks.
- I will not be replying to your PM's for the duration of the game. It is your job to keep track of when you sent the last PM so you know when to send the next. No skype or e-mail, PCM.Daily only.
Post any questions here, if you PM me, your counter would start  You earn a strike if you do not start within the time limit specified above.
Game will end when everyone stops or we have a clear winner.

I think you misunderstood the rules. You were able to start any time you wanted, it did not matter when. It was not a matter of sending me a PM each hour to get a point, but doing them in consecutive hours to "build" a streak. So you could have started at 10am, sent one at 11am, sent one at 12pm, sent one at 1pm, and had 4 points to show for it.

As now i'm safe i can ask this. I read that in S3, the winner of the last HoH chose the two other people to go with him in the final (or evicted one). Is this year the same?

No..
Next HoH - 4 people in it. Winner places 2 for eviction. Veto contest. After veto there will still be 2 nominated. HoH will evict one of the 2.
Final HoH - 3 people in it. Winner chooses 1 to take to the final Jury vote which will be 9 players voting on 2 people.

Head of Household Competition #5
How To Play: Guess the top 5 finishers of the World Road Race Men Championship race in the order you think they will finish. If you get 1st place right, you get 5 points, if you get 2nd place right, you get 4 points, and so on until 5th place where you get 1 point. The most points wins. In the event of a tie, whoever predicted the highest finisher wins. In the event of another tie, you will submit tiebreaker below.
Rules:
- You must predict the Top 5 finishers in the order you think they will finish via PM to me.

Correct. This is the only way to get points:
5 Points - Predict Winner
4 Points - Predict Runner-Up
3 Points - Predict Bronze
2 Points - Predict 4th Place
1 Point - Predict 5th Place
Tiebreaker (1 point) [Only used in tie] - What position will Philippe Gilbert finish in?
