In essence yes. When I started the race, both you, and another team, plus 1 one the Control riders went missing. So we are missing 17 riders for whatever reason.

The results are getting better for Hot Tamales. 
(Felecos ended well and could have taken the win on stage 4, despite likely suffering over that hill with under 10 KM to go).
