Rankings updated, BMC closes the gap with the top 5. Sagan increases his point ratio compared to the rest of the team, he's above 90% now.

Also an interesting fact from the first season part maybe. Only 3 teams managed to score points in all their races: Belkin (which is amazing, since they used the most race days), RadioShack and most surprisingly Saxo-Tinkoff, despite that they're not even in the top 10.

Didn't score anything in Lugano Wink

Yeah you did, Kump got 15th.

But yeah, you already wasted it in Ronde, so only 2 teams remain now.

Bring on Scheldeprijs! Wink
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Vuelta a Pais Vasco Stage 3

imageshack.com/a/img594/8050/k4oe.jpg

The third stage of the Vuelta a Pais Vasco features the first summit finish of two summit finishes. The climb is at about 4% until with 800 m to go where the climb shoots up to around 20%. I wouldn't expect much out of the GC men today.

imageshack.com/a/img691/5596/i2nz.jpg

After 50 km of riding, the break has finally been established. The riders are: Wout Poels of Vacansoleil, Emanuele Sella of Androni, Francis Mourey of FDJ, Amets Txurruka of Caja Rujal, and Stefano Garzelli of Vini Fantini.

imageshack.com/a/img849/171/l1bf.jpg

After a very boring stage, the break looks like it is going to stay away with 20 km to go. The five riders at the front have a 3 45 gap to the peloton.

imageshack.com/a/img89/8642/tayx.jpg

Francis Mourey has attacked! The Frenchman is trying to get a gap before the final climb starts. Only Poels and Sella are able to put up a response. Remember that Mourey is on the same time as the leaders.

imageshack.com/a/img33/9089/qdd0.jpg

At the foot of the final climb, Mourey has 35 seconds to Poels and Sella, and another 2 minutes to the peloton.

imageshack.com/a/img513/4783/a7td.jpg

With 5 km to go, Kelderman has decided to try and bridge the 2 minute gap to Mourey. Anton and Samuel Sanchez try to reply, but the Dutchman is riding away from them.

imageshack.com/a/img850/3893/yv9l.jpg

Two kilometers later, and Mourey has retained the 35 second gap to the two chasers. Kelderman trails Poels and Sella by only 20 seconds, and the youngster has a minute to the peloton.

imageshack.com/a/img812/7258/01td.jpg

With 1 km to go, Kelderman has caught Sella and Poels, but they still trail Mourey by 20 seconds. Can the Frenchman hold on over the final wall?

imageshack.com/a/img35/8751/e0vy.jpg

It was close, but Mourey was able to hold on for a brilliant stage win! Poels takes second ahead of Kelderman 11 seconds back.
