if you looked thru this topic from start to finish there are many times it is explained how to add the faces thanks .
page 7 page 6 page 5 and im sure theres more .

You need to upload them on photobucket or imageshack for example.
Then put the direct link between the [img][/img].

EDIT: On the in game face I've used the cancellara eyes made by EintrachtFan. If you doesn't got the eyes already, then I've attached them together with a .tga file of the face

This is awesome work andy222c, when I left there wasn't much hope of good faces on PCM 11 but now looking at this, they look even better than in PCM 10. Keep it up !

Yeah, I thought the same 2 weeks ago, but with the new face template there's beggining to be a lot of new possibilities when making faces.

-take the face in the forum, take the eyes if they are the eyes too.
-Go put the files in this directory : C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Saison 2011\3D\Cyclists\Body
-name it like you want : tboonen_face, tboonen_eyes, take other default textures for arms, legs and hands and rename it tboonen too.
-Open a database with PCM Fast Editor for exemple
-Open tga_skin table
-then, add a new type like this in this order (horizontal) :
7
tboonen
1
boonen
-open dyn_cyclist table, find tom boonen, and find the collumn tga_skin, in this case put 7 for Tom Boonen 
-export the database and place it into this directory :
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2011\Database
-select the database in option of the game and play !!
-have fun

No difference. If you want to add faces in your career, then edit the savegame like told above.
If you haven`t started a career yet, then edit the PCMDailyV1.cdb.
Then they will be included in the new savegame afterwards but not in already running saves. |

I've also needed to make other eyes for this one. I have used the cancellara eyes made by EintrachtFan and just replaced his pupil with the default type5 blue pupil.

I've found one, the only problem is that he is showing his teeth But i'll just flatten that part out. So the .tga is surely going to be quite ugly but in game it should work properly.
