What are you talking about? Since we are on a break, it's transfermarket-time. This is the time where new riders get added to the squad. Plus he said, that normal team managers can hire custom riders as soon as everyone of the new team managers has a custom rider in the team...

Ian Butler has the following problems:
1) He doesn't know how to make a startlist for a championship
2) He's missing wheels and helmets

1) Can't help as I don't have PCM13
2) I assume he doesn't have the expansion pack then.
If no one has wheels/helmets I suggest he finds a (more or less) random helmet from another DB he has where it works, put that in this DB and just make everyone use the same wheel/helmets.
If any of the teams have working wheels/helmets the easiest is proably to just copy the fkIDequpment_marques_roue and ..._helmet values from that team to all the others.

For a continental championship it's just better to create a new race. Adding shouldn't be too hard with Luigi's guide and adding startlists for a regular event should be possible in the normal way.

Yep, just create a new race and then you will be able to create a startlist in the normal way. Obviously make sure the stage file is world_2012 or whatever it is on your computer.

Eventually maybe, eventually, we can implement a transfer system along the lines of what I am doing in TOTC5 where teams can trade their riders......eventually.
(I know that is a long way off, hence EVENTUALLY being used a lot.) |

Tomorrow, most is done already though. Goals are calculated. I want for easy 30 - medium 40 - hard 50. So that's 240 points available there. The rest is quoting the HQ's and rider posts. It's pretty much done as well, I know I gave a deadline till tonight, but if you haven't been active most of the season, one post now isn't going to save you

When I try to edit the equipment, it freezes my computer, along with the Editor.
Sorry about this, wish I could help, but I can't do it when we have Orica floating on unicycles and BMC riding around with a hole in their head...
