The guy doesn't have parents... (didn't know until now). Feel a bit bad and good about him at the same time.
Bad (and sad) -> a fact that he doesn't have parents.
Good -> he just won't Tour, without any help or support from parents, that means alot, alot, alot.
Congratulation Froomey, i just want to believe you're not doping. If you're ,i want to believe that he won't be catched, since 99% of peloton is doping anyway. Not only peloton, but 99% of professional sportmen.

Quintana is so awesome - he looked so happy, yet so... bemused by the whole thing

Froome, you're a very nice, respectful guy, but I'm sorry to inform you that won't happen.

And so the 100th edition of the Tour de France concludes, and I must say, it's been a great edition. We've had pretty much everything you can get (apart from positive tests): a few great mountain stages, close sprints, the emergence of Kittel and Quintana as future world-beaters, the inevitable crashes, great scenery, novelty, tradition, history, a great route, controversy, an exciting flat stage, a French win on Alpe d'Huez, etc the list goes on...
Oh and some mutant braking round the corners up Mont Ventoux, but no one really cares about him/it
No doubt we'll go back to a shitty route/boring tour next year though.

Maybe next year we start with a prologue in Monaco and go trough Tourmalet, Huez or Ventoux and Courchevel? Then finish in Champs-Elysses. |

Yeh sure dude, because all those people sacked by Sky would not tell even though in Leinders case he will never have another job in Cycling again. People amaze me like you with all the positives in recent years, some high profile and some not so high that you think Sky are cheating. This is 2013 not 2000's lmao. |

Start's in Yorkshire, remember?
Cobbles are likely to be in next year's tour, as apparently they will be doing something to commemorate the First World War round Ypres etc where the cobbles are.
Also strongly rumoured is a finish in Hautacam.

About time that great climb is used again. I'd like to see a Galibier finish again, about time Alpe d'Huez was chucked away for a few yrs me thinks. |
