I don't think it's allowed yet to officially announce new riders.

Europcar are to take on Pierre-Henri Lecuisinier, Romain Guillemois and Julien Morice as stagiares. |

I don't know about Guillemois, but I'm really looking forward to seeing how the other two will develop. |

Nothing major, but new Swedish road champion Michael Olsson will very likely join Argos as a stagiaire in August. Would be great to see the jersey in some bigger races for once.
Hopefully Fredrik Ludvigsson will get a chance as well. If not this year, then in 2014.

It would be pretty awesome if Uran signs for OPQS.
Great chance for both,team and him.

I don't think its the best fit for Uran to go there, unless they bring in some support for him its a bad move, even if they do I don't see Cav giving up his train so Uran gets helpers in a GT

Replace Velits with Uran and Pineau with De Weerdt in OPQS current TdF squad and you have the perfect team to support both Cavendish and Uran. I don't see the problem.

Two new rumours:
Langeveld: Orica-Greenedge -> Sky
Poels: Vacansoleil-DCM -> Belkin / Argos-Shimano
None of these are certain, obviously.

They probably need more second-tier cobble riders.
How hard can it be?

I have heard that Orica-GreenEDGE think quite highly of Langeveld. So while Sky might want Langeveld it is possible OGE will put up quite a fight to retain him. Though Sky likely have more resources to throw at the matter . |

Well, I think Langeveld can be the leader for Sky on the cobbles. I would rate him better than Hagen, Thomas & Hayman atm.
Or am I too biased here?

There are four teams interested in Lieuwe Westra, of which Belkin and Argos. Don't know the other two.
