Great. Doper promoted to 1st, to 2nd, to 3rd, to 4th, to 5th, etc.
What's the pint. He doped and beat other dopers.
Like Moncoutié 12th in 2002.
At least strip him the wins, and have him paying back for the money he made thanks to them. |

This is what I'd like to see happen.
Would be really interesting to see who'd be the winner of the Tour during all of Armstrong's years if all the dopers were removed from the results.

Thing is when a rider is caught positive, although it certainly hints it, it doesn't strip him of his former results as it's not proven he was doping back then.
Ullrich, Sevilla, Beloki, Mancebo, etc. had gotten podiums in G.T. before Operacion Puerto, but barely any positive test (only Ullrich for a recreational drug). So, what should be done with their pre-2006 results ? Legally nothing can be done.
edit : https://www.cyclis...lmares.htm
Although it's not complete (I thought Beloki and Mancebo were in Puerto, a.o.) and it's in French, this should give you an idea of who got caught for what among riders who top-10'ed in TDF.
Bassons was right, in his time, no top-10 was possible without doping.

Strip him of the titles and then dig dirt on everyone else in the top 50. We won't have a top 10 in 7 tours by the end of 2013.

Endura had hoped to gain ProContinental status for next year but having failed to secure the required sponsorship funds, looks set to merge with an existing ProContinental team. Although confirmation of the team was not given to Cyclingnews, it is understood that the secondary team took part in its first Grand Tour earlier this spring.
As NetApp took part in Giro, as well as they didn't secure their sponsors for next year - merge between those two teams is very likely.

"It’s quite possible but nothing is confirmed or finalised. You can expect to see something confirmed one way or another by the end of next week. I can’t say which team as there’s a confidentiality context as well. I can confirm that there are serious conversations that are well developed in that area.”
with all the best will i want this to be bollocks
i'd hate to see Endura merge with someone unless it was another british team

Roche calls out the UCI points system as a disgrace in return for them allowing him to ride the Vuelta.

well the system is kinda stupid.think about it:at the start of the season AG2R gave roache help in the races and now saxo-tinkoff will gain the points he earned.
i think AG2R should get some credit for the results he has. |

Noooo NetApp, dont do it. Endura only have 2 or 3 good riders and dont have any of the same goals really.

some funny (or stupid) news from Norway. The Public Roads Administration have said that during the next Norwegian Championships the riders might have to follow the speed limits, if not they will deny the organizing club to held the championships.
