TOUR DE SANTA CATARINA
Stage 1 – Cardona – F.Bentos – Mercedes – 165.4km
SPRINT – Blythe/Team Novo Nordisk
Blythe/Team Novo Nordisk, Alzate/Team Exergy, De Kort/Cyclingteam Jo Piels and Miessen/Team Quantec are ahead by 7m 15s
The four have settled in to a nice rhythm
MOUNTAIN - Miessen/Team Quantec
Cyclingteam De Rijke and Bank BGZ are doing the chasing
SPRINT – Blythe/Team Novo Nordisk
MOUNTAIN - De Kort/Cyclingteam Jo Piels
De Kort has carried on with his attack after the last mountain sprint
He has 24s advantage, but the peleton can now be seen in the background
Bank BGZ have closed the gap to just 19s
They have brought the race back together again and have kept up there momentum as we enter the final five kilometres
Bulik/Bank BGZ starts the sprint for the line as he leads out Smolen
But his team mate just fails to deliver
Once again the Results are affected thanks to the Power Surge that i suffered recently (Sorry )
A very quiet day for us today, hopefully we will get more involved tomorrow |

Seems like Novo Nordisk are just too much for Sutty's computer to handle!
Some good results as of late, any 'big time' races coming up? |
