Antomarchi: Without contract next year, dominating the last race of the season, in a chinese race almost without doping controls. Hmmm.

While suspicious 1 second over Zeits and 40 seconds over a neo-pro is hardly dominating.

Yes but going with that logic you have El Fares, Dyachenko and Mori who are all handy riders Wink

This one victory in itself is not dominating, of course. But you have to remember, he also won stage 4 by keeping away from the Lampre-train after being in the breakaway all day, and the last 25 km alone, with an advantage of less than 3 minutes the whole way. Today he just followed Zeits, and outsprinted him easily without doing much effort.

And that is the issue with just looking at results and not looking at anymore, cheers for explaining it Nils Smile

Antonmarchi might be suspicious, but a well-known advocate of clean riding (lol), Oscar Sevilla won a 10km TT by 27 seconds. Vuelta a Guatemala that is.
Although most of the riders there are unknown, quite a few of them have ridden HC races ProConti team Colombia...

A Good day all round for Lampre Smile

Wippert taking the last stage of Hainan:

The GC shows a diasppointing loss for Bonifazio, as Antomarchi is 90% doped:

Just want to point out this was a break win. Ferrari won the peleton sprint.

Smart ride by Wippert, knew he wasn't good enough to win bunch sprint, got into break and look, stage win on his final race of the season.

That´s the first time that I see WT teams in a race like this (maybe I don´t follow so much small races...)

It isn't a small race, it is a .HC one, the WT teams can take part to WT races, HC races and .1 races, there aren't only UWT races in the world Wink

It's .HC race, lots of WT teams participate in some of these races during the season ( think about Qatar, Oman, Austria, to name only a few of them).

This young Aussie is back in Taihu Lake after winning a stage and taking 4th in GC last year... This year he's starting promising again Smile

Except of Kankovsky i don't know too many of those riders there, but anyway.. Kerrison! Haha.

Wilier
Shpilevsky, Jules, Örken and Averin are also decent sprinters, so a good result for the young Australian.

Thanks for this answer. He won this sprint by quite a margin, too.

Didn't know he is going to ride for the BMC Development team next year. Cool news though Smile
