I'd be surprised if you could run the game. |

to ppl with that bad grafic cards. buy new ones. the "top shit" 2 years ago is a HUGH improvement to some of these cards and they prolly throw them at you
altho when i think about it you prolly have to have new motherboard too and new most stuff but its not really expensive if you dont buy the best

My question in another thread is whether I will see any difference with a better graphics card since I don't have a dual core processor. The card I have (ati X300/550/1050 series) runs the game ok (now I beefed up the RAM) but I wouldn't mind spending some $$$ on a new video card if I thought it would make a big difference. |

Can I play PCM 2008 with my pc:
Pentium 4 CPU 2.66GHz
760 MB RAM
Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics
I guess I need more RAM? Well that's not the money I guess?
I was able to run PCM 2007 with not to much extra's..
If my graphics card is not good enough can somebody suggest me a good, cheap alternative?

Hi
Does anyone know how well the game will run on the following:
Processor Athlon 3400+ AMD 64 which i think is 2.4
Memory 2GB RAM
Graphics Nvidia GeForce 6600LE
No idea what free space I have on hard drive but should be plenty
Thanks & happy gaming!

I've no idea what these mean...
Windows XP Proffesional
Intel(r)
Pentium(r) CPU 1.80Ghz
1.79Ghz, 768Mb of RAM.
Intel(r) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics controller.
Is there more chance of Richard Whitely returning to Countdown, then PCM08 running on this old girl?
I was wondering, if it won't work, if any-one could tell me a computer that's not too expensive but would allow PCM08 to run on it. I'm not to bothered if perhaps, the RAM needs upgrading. That's a fairly cheap job. I've been considering getting a new PC for some time, and the release of PCM08 is the final push.
Much thanks,
Zkkyby

This isn't that far away from being viable - just add a decent graphics card and boost the ram.
However, if you are in the market for a whole new rig then you may as well go ahead and do it now |

Hmm... Maybe the old girl has some life left in her (I mean my computer, not my Nan or anything. God that's a bit wierd )
I've found a decent priced Nvidia GeForce 7600 512mb graphics card, will that do?
The Ram isn't a problem, I can get more of that quite easily to boost it to over 1Gb.
