Even on hard it is not that dificult to get enough points to promote.
Will be hard though to stay at this level.
From continenal to WT? In just a year? It isn't even possible
That is why it said that he finished his second season |

Too slow matty, he got you
Team Sky Season 3 is just as OP as you migh have expected. I'll do a mid-season run down later today. I am on target to beat my own PB's which is pretty cool

I think he meant to say that he started as a continental team, was promoted to pro conti in his first year, and then to WT in the second season |

I will actually post some screens tomorrow as 2017 looks quite different and interesting already, plus you see the full glory of my OP team
Finally just have to say my mountain train is 83/83/80/80/79/79/78/78/78/77. Hill train is 85/80/80/79/78/77/77/77. Cobble train is 81/81/78/77/75/72/70. TT train is 83/81/80/78/77. And now i have a sprint train of 82/79/77!

So you are saying that there are other riders higher than 83 on hill? Woah! The stats go too OP

No it goes Yates 85, Henao 83, Domont 83, Kwiatkowski 82, 3-4 riders at 81, 3-4 riders at 80 (inc. Pinot + Bardet).
But overall stat inflation is pretty high. CB is the best example. Vanmarcke has 83, then there is 5 rider at 81 (inc. Thomas and Jungles) and 5 at 80. However finally there are quite a few guys getting to their age of decline so it might be different after the season. Plus the newgens are yet to get really strong so i expect the stat matrix to start morphing in the next couple of seasons to re-balance itself somewhat

Never noticed THIS inflation in the stats.

Yeah it's pretty noticable at the moment. At least 8 rider 80+ in each main stat, up to 15+ in some!

Cult Energy/Team NOS career, Season 2 PCT.
I promised to reveal a cunning plan to get a large enough budget to renew the contract of mega-talent Mads Pedersen (SP 80 with 3 stars).
The cunning plan (or cynical exploit if you prefer) is to make sponsor objectives before July easy, to get good sponsor confidence, and set all sponsor objectives July onwards to 1st to generate a large rider budget. Sign a 1 year sponsor deal in July on the back of achieving easy objectives and after that your results don't matter for sponsorship, only for promotion.
Use your increased budget to sign some good riders (renewing a rising star in my case) so you have a better team for next year.
I managed to get a full sponsor confidence green bar with only results (achieving sponsor objectives plus winning races) so registered riders and squad can be ignored when selecting a sponsor.
Personally I hate this exploit and I would much rather see loyalty, good results and promotion rewarded. However the limit where at most a sponsor can double your budget has not allowed me to keep up with the development of my own riders and inevitably the good ones are priced out of my reach, prompting use of this scheme.
The screenshot shows the negotiated objectives, I achieved the first 11 and signed a deal for 136k with Delta Cafes for the next season. With the negotiated budget I renewed Mads Pedersen, Magnus Cort and Sondre Holst Enger and added Adrien Petit for some cobbles coverage.
We got a surprise wild card for the Vuelta and Josh Edmondson (MO 81) managed a stage win and the mountains jersey which helped us win promotion to the World Tour and it boosted his reputation for increased sponsor confidence next season.
Here is a highlights video of the season

Fuck this shit. I got PCM14 yesterday, about 3 months later than every other edition, and I'm still fed up instantly.
Same race program, same fitness. This is the start line of MSR, with Paris-Nice and a classic as only prep races in the last 3 weeks.
