We were pretty good with our predictions. Alexander Krieger (Team Stuttgart), Gregor Mühlberger (Tirol) and Patrick Konrad (Gourmetfein Simplon Wels) will ride for the team as stagiaires. One German, two Austrians, in my opinion three good signings.
Nice one and very good to see both Mühlberger and Konrad on Pro Continental level at least for a couple of months. I'd have preferred it if they would have signed with IAM Cycling but NetApp seems to be the way more active team anyways.

I really hope that Rasmus does good things there: he used to be one of my favourite cyclists and seeing his path go the way it went, was sad for me, since I always thought he had the talent for more. Hopefully, he will show his talent at Tinkoff and get a contract there.
He's had a pretty good season so far and I have a feeling he's grown a lot on the presonal level since his bad run at HTC.
Had hoped to see him on a Danish PCT team if Cult finds the funds to upgrade though.

What Count said + i think that Vino and Astana does not give a shit about their reputation, winning is much more important and they will hardly have some "sponsor problems" because of it...
they have Kashastan coverment money behind. With "real" sponsors it has been much harder,
Tinkof ambition will be always GT specially TdF win.
Everything beside that is bonus.
For me ..Tinkof looking more and more like idiot. Specially every time he opens he's mouth. Must be because he is liking cycling to much. |

Have they officially dismissed it or is it your thoughts?
Both Skelde and the sponsor have hinted towards possibly going PCT several times since Cult came aboard.

Is that confirmed? I can't find the Martinelli news anywhere else. Because if he joins them then they can wave goodbye to all of their remaining credibility.

Tony Martin extends his contract with OPQS for 2 more years until the end of 2016.
Good news for the team. |

Really nice signings. The rest of the year should give them opportunities to show themselves a bit to fight for a real contract after the season.
Krieger could immediately be their sprinter no.2 behind Bennett I think as Schorn kind of stopped his progression. So he might even continue to top10 in the sprints. |

As announced on Monday by its chairman, Marc Coucke, the cycling team Omega Pharma-Quickstep, next year will change its name and will be called Etixx-Quickstep. The leaders of the Belgian team also announced that the contract of the sponsor has been extended for another three years. |

Xandro Meurisse, Oliver Naesen & most importantly Tiesj Benoot are signed up by Lotto as stagiares. Nice opportunities for the trio, although I wonder how will that affect their U23 calendars, especially Benoot's Avenir and WC.

Cool, hopefully we'll get to see some of Benoot in the coming months. After all the praise on this forum, I await great things.

Sagan and Contador ..able to support. Ofcorse it is possible. Sagan wont need a sprint train..just good helpers.
It has done before Ullrich-Zabel ..time at wikipedia would help you find another duos
Im not so sure, you see how he struggles for a stage win now with a team working for him, he is not even the top 5 sprinter in my eyes, even the green jersey will be a problem for him if he don't sort out his sprinting soon, else he would need all the help he can get. If the Alonso project becomes reality i doubt they will get a big GC rider for the next year so i think that would be a better option, personally i hope for Astana.
Tiesj Benoot are signed up by Lotto as stagiares.
Did i hallucinate or did i read someone from Lotto confirming that weeks ago...

Andy Schleck probably won`t get a contract extension due to his performances, while Frank actually might. So for the first time the brothers could be seperated.
As replacement Mollema would be the better GC rider I guess. |

I don't think it will actually happen. They;'d never separate.

I think they will and from what Frank hinted at in a interview, it seems to be likely that Andy will retire altogether if he doesn't get a contract.
Either that or Frank will play hardball and demand that they give Andy a helper contract. |

I'm sure Frank will find a team willing to give his little bro a contract in order to get him. It wouldn't be the first time in cycling when that would happen
