Okay! I am finally back from my holiday, and it's time to make Ranking list now. So, i searched throught last few pages, but i just can't connect all of that into 1 list (since i was not there, and you guys were not so precise about teams and players), so it would be great if anyone can post list of winners , or if that's not possible a final rankings.
