True, and true, unfortunately. While I'm of course gutted by Barca's loss, I simply have to admit that they're not amongst the Top4 at the moment. They failed to prepare for the future two or three years ago and not including Thiago more might be the biggest mistake in years (next to not signing Thiago Silva when he was available).
That said, for the semis, this is how I rank the teams:
Bayern=Real in top shape>Chelsea=Athletico>Real in "Dortmund shape"
But Bayern has been less consistent as well, so on a good day, anybody can beat anybody, which makes it interesting. If only there was a team to cheer for ...
