Saxo-Tinkoff still gunning it on the front of the peloton, so I presume they have a plan brewing.
If only the breakaway didn't have 11 mins, then Movistar would also have an incentive to throw a Valverde attack in the mix to make the finish much more interesting.
Soon we will se a failed Saxo attack, after which a small group of Froome, Porte, Quintana, Valverde, Rodriquez, and Moreno will pace off and ride all the way to the finish (with a few attacks on Croix Fry), to establish the podium of Froome, Quintana, Rodriquez. |

Come on Gesink, let's do it today!
Why Saxo? Why not let the yellow jersey do the work?? |

Saxo is the only team that has somewhat of an interest in keeping a high pace in the peleton.
Letting Sky lead would just mean a slow ride through the valley. |

But they are making it easy for Froome now, his team can rest and do nothing. |

I don't think anyone gives a damn about Froome now. Everyone is riding for places/stage wins now. |

If Sky were to lead the gap could increase to 20 mins before they would start caring. This tires the Sky riders a bit more - it still probably won't change anything, but I guess Saxo don't just want to ride passive all the way. |

I'm guessing AG2R have at least a couple men in the break. Thats why Saxo are riding hard I'd guess. |

Won't make a difference. The riders who would do work, wouldn't matter when it counts anyways. |
