2 things
1. LeTriks hasn't been online for two days: maybe his internet connection failed or something. don't think it's a reason for thinking it was a joke because he isn't online
2. I'm thinking about making something like a story to do but it is in PCM 2010

did you save it when you were done?
and when going to race in Classic/Stage race mode click ok to use the startlist? (sounds stupid but its happens)
More general point about TCS
give Trik a chance to reply before you start running it yourselves 
I'm making the db in pcm12 for lol's (quickstep is by far the most overpowered team ever)
He may have been busy with other things... its only been a few days

I never thought about replacing this. just to make a fantasy story and if LeTrik asked me to stop, I would stop. in hindsight it was smarter to its was maybe better to ask LeTriks first before using his database (my database is a plain typ-over copy)

1. you need to download the database that has been posted before and just in case you don't have it i'll attach it to this post.
2. You need to place the downloaded database in the PCM > database file map that is in my documents.
i think you're finished then. don't know preciesly what Trik did. most likely the copied the official release database. if that's so you are already done.
Spoiler that's how it is in PCM 10, don't think that changed that in 11
edit: old database that was attachted wasn't the right one. that was a 2010 database
edit #2: well fuck you too system,  , giving me false zabel ratings
