Serebryakov/Team Novo Nordisk has set off with the aim of winning to the two intermediate sprints on offer today
SPRINT - Serebryakov/Team Novo Nordisk
He has been joined by Shimizu/Bridgestone Anchor, Solomennikov/RusVelo and Smith/Suvelo Racing

The foursome are on the Big first category climb of the day
The big Russian starts to struggle as the climb gets steeper
MOUNTAIN - Shimizu/Bridgestone Anchor
Our three leaders have 6m 40s on the peleton at this stage and 25s on Serebryakov who is chasing hard to get back in touch
As Serebryakov makes it back the attacks start happening
The game of cat and mouse has started as they all check each other out as the finish line gets closer

Bauer/Team Novo Nordisk has decided to have a day out in the break today only unfortunately for him no one else has gone with him
SPRINT - Bauer/Team Novo Nordisk
Four riders have decided to try and join him, they are Ayabe/Aisan Racing, Windsor/Suzuki Bontrager, Tang/Champion System and Lebas/Bridgestone Anchor
He is holding the chasers at 2m 54s at the moment
CCC Polsat are setting the pace at the front of the peleton although they are not too worried about Bauer being up the road

Race Leader Rebellin has had quite an easy today and is just rolling along near the front of the peleton
As he approaches the last ten kilometres his advantage is now over seven minutes
