Where the hell was Degenkolb?
Way to tough a final for Degenkolb.
This stage was worth watching just for Dan Craven his beard.
I don't think so, when I assume, there was Bouhanni in TOP10...
Die hard fan of Tom Boonen and Quickstep since 2004.

Yes he was, look back and you can se he was affected by the crash (you can see a Movistar teammate pushing him back to speed), not so much as Malori and Castrieviejo of course, it also took a couple of km before he was brought back to the front of the peleton. However it could have been just minor bump, we will see in the coming week I guess....

Too many 2nd places for Garmin recently.
2nd is better than 3rd or lower, though. Good to see none of the Garmin's climbers has shown significant weakness here. |

Yeah, smart riding by Saxo. Got put by teammates in perfect position at the foot of the climb and I think he profited from that quite a bit. Good.
@SinCara: Oh, well thanks for the info. I had no idea. Hoping it's something major.

Anyhow, possible (like a long shot, mostly) top-10 contenders losing time: Anacona + 30, Der Clerq/Monfort + 30, Elissonde +43, Kudus +1'38, Adam Yates + 3'31. And thats without Betancur, Cunego, Dennis, and Pinot who have lost even more.
Also funny how they cut the gap exactly AFTER Contador. Poor Chavez. |

I bet that baseballover will be more than happy though, dont you? That was quite a burst from Dan Martin who seemed to arrive in Spain in terrific shape. I wouldnt be surprised to see him win on La Zubia, but the question is whether he can stay consistent now. |

Nah, I've no problem with him. It's just I want to see other guys winning, in that case Martin for his L-B-L styled reminder on Caruso (or Caruso himself).
(Well, also I can't really root for someone who has the nickname... "Bling" )

Alrite guys predictions for tomorrow!
I can't see a break being allowed home. Orica must want to defend the jersey and in that case we are looking at a bunch sprint in a decimated field. Degenkolb and Bouhanni are the unknown factors.
With Bouhannis riding today I won't be surprised to see him reach the finale, but Degenkolb does not seem to be in top shape.
My bet is Michael Matthews for the win, but obviously Bouhanni making it over Alto del Catorce por Ciento will change that.

Bouhanni will take this one. It rises a little bit towards the last KM but it's not that much.
Matthews will defend his Jersey |

Nation Classification after stage 3

While Spain continues their lead, we can see the first big differences. |
