think I'm actually the last guy to finish the traditional school year, also think I'm the first guy to start the traditional school year again. (August 25)

There is absolutely hands down nothing better than to start your day with having 9 needles stuck into our hip and Glute (to relax the muscle and ease tightness) and then not being able to walk, or stand or sit the whole day...
Sooo... My day was lovely.. How was yours?
EDIT: Oh I forgot to ask: I was thinking of writing a training journal (track and field athletics, in the other sports section) on this site for the next season... just something of an idea to keep my motivation up during a long season. Would that something to you guys would want to read?
I reckon it can have a motivational effect if you have to report regularly on your progress...
