Yeah, and I don't want to mess with people whose VO2max is closer to 80 than 75 on a bike We agreed we'd mostly do Saturday rides together anyway (pre-race rides for him, generally recuperation for me). |

That would be hard considering he was in italy riding Tirreno at the time 
He got caught up in a crash in the first sprint stage and the others were too hard for him (plus he was injured from the crash)
