Spanish league table the season before a certain team started working with Fuentes, followed by the next season

Accusing riders because of their nationality is bullshit, actually it is even discrimination. If Spanish is a dodgy nationality, then which one do you consider a clean nationality? French? British? Dutch? Russian?
If you consider a certain rider suspicious because he rides for a dodgy team you must agree with Di Luca that 90% of riders dope because every WT-team is a dodgy team, except for maybe Giant-Shimano.
Quick edit: I do agree that there's still a doping problem in cycling's elite, I'm not an ostriche. But just blaming riders for the piece of land they were born in or for chosing to ride for a team that offered them a good opportunity/paycheck.

Why leave out Giant - Shimano? Pretty sure back when they were Skil - Shimano they had more than one positive test. They've had dopers rider for them in the past etc.

And on the subject of Di Luca saying a top 10 in the Giro is impossible without doping. Seriously? I find that extremely derogatory to the sport and especially to those pros who bust their asses training like madmen - doing it all 100% clean. To believe that all the riders in the top 10 of the Giro did so by doping shows that you have no respect for the sport and it's athletes; not to mention that it's a very pessimistic outlook. Thinking that it's impossible is just not logical, perhaps I would agree if you mentioned that such a feat was impossible in 2004, I'd believe you. But times have changed in recent years.
To assume that doping has been completely eradicated is foolish, but so is the notion that it completely over-rules the sport.
I wonder howw you can be so sure about the bold part mate.

I'd give Uran the benefit of the doubt as well, though hat could be a bit naive of me. It could just be the Froomes, Kennaughs and Portes doping at Sky, something even Aquarius has said is possible.
I'm not an authority or anything.
About Sky, the fact that it's mostly the core of their GT team that has had tremendous improvements in their performances, while the rest have been on a more normal progression, or on a more steady level compared to what they did before joining Sky, tends to show what you wrote, yes.

When I think of a nation for its probity and integrity doping wise, Spain is not really the first name springing to my mind. Well, it is, but for the very opposite reasons.
Getting to be the leader of a team like Movistar is probably the result of being the one clean rider among the bunch of doped riders that is the rest of the team. Uh... well... actually not.
Some teams in the MPCC are a joke, but those who aren't even in are even worst.
I was, of course, drawing a bit of a caricature, but I don't think it's far from the truth. So, Di Lucu, IMO, might well be right about Giro top 10's and doping.
90 % of the peloton on dope seems excessive though, I'd rather go for a figure slightly under 50 if I was asked to give a random number.
