Well that was painful to watch. And Purito didn't even attack in the final km nor do any relays, he has now even more ground to make up. |

I don't know what to laugh at more - the 60-odd (?) year old dancing up the mountainside or the funny comments that these scenarios always bring up...
"Dude this makes me feel sick to the bone, I'm genuinely throwing up as I type this, I'm suffocating in my own vomit here. I can't believe this MONSTER is stealing the win from the sweet, innocent angels rolling in behind him. END IT NOW! SWEET MOTHER OF GOD IT BURNS MY EYES. AND I JUST FUCKING STUBBED MY TOE ON A PIECE OF LEGO ARRRGGHHH"

Agreed. Look at that group. The only clean rider int hat group (arguably) is Pinot.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

I'm just enjoying the race and Horner aswell. When he rides his bike it just seems so easy - he looks like a feather. Beside that: His smile.
"He smiles like the death" oh God I thought that a lot times during this climb! |

Barguil cracked today, although another French climbing talent did very well, Eillsonde, 18th today.
Great ride by Mendes from NetApp alongisde Konig! Nerz very impressive too after his yesterday day in break.
Barguil was hurt after crashing at the start of the stage. I'm not saying he'd have hold on or anything, nobody could say, but that was said to be the reason why he was worst than usual today.
Horner never quitted EPO, remember what we told you ?
Check for issoisso messages about EPO giving riders an insane confidence and you'll figure out the constant smiling while riding up the climb at an insane speed (6,08 W/kg for you people). |

Confirmed, but problem is most team has signed to other teams. At least good riders anyway. |

Don't know if anyone mentioned it already but De Gendt and Fenn are out of the vuelta because of hanging to long at the car of their team.

Actually quite a bit more since he is FORTY TWO.....42
He is over 10-20 years past where professional riders hit their top, last year is usually around 28-32
But lets see what happens the next stages when they hit more mountains, one thing is sure if Horner wins the vuelta in front of Nibali, either they all should be banned for thinking more about the WC or something is fishy around Cap Horn. |

Just came home, saw the results.
What. The. F#ck.
I really hope he won't win this Vuelta, that would not do anything good to this sport... |

Agree. Froome came out of absolutely nowhere. Before the Vuelta I only remembered him as the guy who bumped into an UCI official at the Worlds ITT u23 years ago, and as the guy who had mediocre results, with some sub-40/top 30 results as best. And then within 2 years he's the best GT rider by far
Horner has been here forever. Mainly been crushing the American scene when he failed in Europe at first at Fdjeux (in the highlight epo years). Then when he came back he was average, but became better as the peloton became cleaner.
Wether that's because Horner is actually clean or because Horner is the only one who keeps using, that's another story. I don't know that.
But it's a fact he failed in europe at the highlight epo years, and became better as the peloton got cleaner |

I haven't gotten any Vuelta-news at all since I've been extremely busy, but today I got to check the current standings.
What. The. Actual. Fuck?
