Of all the states in the US I've been the only one I can remember where people were outright rude was California.
Canada gets the stereotype thrown around a lot that we are the "nice america" and stuff like that, but I dont think we are much different at all.
Japan had to be the best though. Absolutely everyone was nice and everyone was very respectful.

Honestly, it is one of the biggest crap TV series i have ever watched. Fecal and sexist jokes repeated again and again, with for me the most annoying person in any series ever, Barney. I saw some episodes and i cant really watch a second more. Everyone and everything is so affected and exaggerated there.

In comparsion to some british comedy series like Black books or Red Dwarf, it is just the lowest of humors...
