Devolder 1'30", 9k to go.
Bakelants is doing extremely good in the peloton, he should have won.. |

Well, that's disappointing by Swift tbh. I'm really hoping there are going to be attacks from Yogi and Kennaugh now or Cav will be "Sagan-ing" over the line. Infact, he could probably win this sprint backwards. |

1'40", only a descent to go
Bakelants attacks in the peloton, and nobody follows. |

Hushovd alone with 10k left.
Edit: 30sec lead.

Still 50km left, plenty of time for more action.
Not too surprised by Swift. The rest are all off to the TDF so bound to be good form. (Not sure if Millar is at the Tour, but he usually is)

Ugh. I'm not sure I'll be able to stand seeing him in the champion's jersey for another year.

Haven't seen anyone mention Michael Olsson (who?) won in Sweden
Behold, the result of having a handful of pros who can't sprint:
Year after year of lower level riders winning the NC road race. Every year, I wish that one of our bigger names would win so that there'd be a Swedish jersey in the pro peloton, but that's not going to happen any time soon. Fredrik Ludvigsson is my hope.

Devolder winning very deserved, also nice of him to do a tribute to Wouter Weyland, probaby his first win since his death.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Half a year. As long as he's at Radioshack he doesn't get one. He gets a radioshack jersey with a tiny flag you can only see if you're standing next to him and he's facing the other way

If I'm not mistaken, KBWB rules say the national champion jersey has to be a tricolore design, not the bullshit Radioshack design

Belgian National Championship was the most beautiful race ever.
...until that filthy display of doping by the doping fiend called Stijn Devolder |
