Farrar beat Rojas, Venotso, Petacchi, Dehaes, and Swift. At least he didn't finish 150th like usual.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

9th for Havik isn't so bad. I wonder how he'll turn out. Does he still ride on the track?

Phil Hilbert wins in a criterium Tour d'Aix. First win in his rainbow jersey.
While BMC wins the team time trial in Qatar, followed by Sky and Omega PHarma (who rode on norma bikes instead of TT bikes) |

But it was very, very close yesterday. It would be nice to see him in a good form again.

Valverde wins Trofeo Serra de Tramuntana in a 4 rider sprint. Sergio Henao came 2nd, Gesink 3rd and Costa 4th. The small bunch sprint is won by Ben Swift, impressive result by him, getting over some tricky hills.
Valverde and Henao were easily the strongest too, Costa and Gesink dropped few times, but made it back on the descents and flats. In such sprint, Valverde is almost unbeatable. Those 4 attacked with around 30km to go. That was the profile :
1 | VALVERDE BELMONTE Alejandro | Movistar Team | 2 | HENAO MONTOYA Sergio Luis | Sky Procycling | 3 | GESINK Robert | Blanco Pro Cycling Team | 4 | FARIA DA COSTA Rui Alberto | Movistar Team | 5 | SWIFT Ben | Sky Procycling | 6 | NIEMIEC Przemyslaw | Lampre - Merida | 7 | DE CLERCQ Bart | Lotto Belisol Team | 8 | MARTIN Tony | Omega Pharma - Quick-Step | 9 | WEENING Pieter | | 10 | BIBBY Ian | Madison Genesis |

Wonder if Gesink still thinks he is not good in one day races
Oh well, Valverde and Henao clearly the strongest anyway. I love to see more of Henao as a leader this year |
