Impressive attack from Slagter on Willunga Hill. The guy has potential for sure.

The sprints are just too easy for Greipel without Cavendish participating. Thanks for all the PCM$, André! Cool

Slagter won the GC and Kelderman 6th. Definitely not complaining, Blanco had a nice week in Australia Wink

Greipel really is a gorilla. Great job by him, getting his 100th Professional Victory.

Any video of the sprint?
btw, for future races, where do you get those videos so fast sometimes? Just youtube or is there some sort of secret video-cycling site? Pfft

Well, I find them at youtube all the time... If a video abiout TDU is posted here, it's most of the time directly from youtube I guess Wink

DNF Andy Schleck... what a surprise...
Did he crash or was it again some kind of "I just dont finish any race I m not interested again..." ?

Big well done Thomas! Really fought it out for the two sprints and ended at end of the stage on impressive 6th as well which earned him points jersey as well 3rd in GC. Great fight!

And of course Slagter impressed. Deserved win. Not to even mention Greipel Pfft

I think it was the latter option... I mean, he did finish yesterday's stage with the sprinters... and De Gendt.

And yet again, a top-10 start for Tiago Machado, hope he can shine in the week long races this season. Smile

Miguel98
Nice result from Machado. One more proof that ia one week stage racer specialist.

Great win of Slagter and a good sprint of Renshaw as well, Could have boxed Greipel in if Hagen went a bit faster Wink

McEwen's Australian is just not as cool as his Dutch.

His French is/was funny as well. It's like an English man whose French would be a caricature of Belgian's French.

His Dutch is very good. His accent is just great. Luckily there is Farrar who has that accent now in Dutch but is not quite as good as Robbie's. Pfft

Mechanical midway through the stage, and the speed of the peloton would've never allowed him to get back, 1h53 for 90k on a circuit course says it all.

Something interesting is going on in Vacansoleil's sprint results:

This is the second time Markus has finished before Van Hummel. It kind of looks like Van Hummel has been leading out for Markus, a complete reverse of the standard roles you'd think they would take.

Maybe Markus will be given a chance to prove himself this season? Who knows.

Maybe. Markus looks kinda promising though, didn't expect him to be able to sprint that strong...
