Purito, Valverde or Anton. Vanendert and the Schlecks brothers maybe. Albasini will be the surprise, he made some top 10th in last years and it seems strong this year.
Really ? He showed nothing this year except the most flukiest WT race win in some time.
He would have lost it had Stage 3 counted towards GC. |

He actually worked his ass off in the stages to Manresa and Ascó. He was really lucky that the queen stage was cancelled obviously, but he did show good form there.
This said, can't see him doing more than a low top 10, if anything at all.

I find it hard to see any of them on the podium. Sure, Voeckler is in super shape, but Mur de Huy is very different to any climb in the Pijl or Amstel. I'm unsure whether he has the kind of capacity required for the Mur or not. But we'll see.
Chavanel on the other hand shouldn't have much to say at all. He was dropped in Amstel, which fits him better than Flèche. That was an indicator on that his form might be decreasing. Unless he attacks on the penultimate climb and wins solo, I just can't see any scenario where he's the strongest on the final climb.
About Vino, I think it's the Tour and pretty much nothing else for him this season. I think he wants to save all energy for le Tour, to perform as well as possible.

It's going be hard for those both as both Voeckler and Chavanel don't start at FW Vino did not passed the fitness test to get into the team, he should ride in Romandie though.

Heh, well then there's an even smaller chance that they'll succeed in FW.

Well, he wasn't gonna do anything anyway with Frandy.

Lotto strong again, Vanendert is the favourite today for me.

I like this new climb. It seems quite hard.
And Iglinski looks to be in great shape.
