Profile looked way hillier than it actually was. Not really a chance to get back those 12 seconds. Still hey, T.J.'s 4th and likely will stay in that place tomorrow as well. A good result for Novo Nordisk.

Shonak - That is our aim now, not to lose Tejay's fourth place on the GC |

Top 5 in an early form building race shouldn't be sniffed at! Just need to work on the lead out and sprints and you are underway

Oh if Dombrowski was as good as he was in the Man-Game
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Kuranosuke Yonemura - Bridgestone - Anchor
Tejay Van Garderen - Team Novo Nordisk
Bissell Cycling
Well we tried to get Tejay away near the end to try and snatch the win, but it wasn't to be.
Still, we cannot be disappointed with our performance here, we have come away with a fourth place on the GC and Tejay has also brought home the Young Rider Classification too |

VoetsT - Totally agree, 12 seconds sounded so easy to pull back, but unfortunately it was harder than i expected, still can't argue with the overall outcome of the race
the_hoyle - It was the only way to try and grab the win, Team Optum were aware to everything |

Hoped to get lucky there, but stage was too flat anyways to really make a move from a far out. Getting 4th and young jersey is well-done.

Good result, although i hope for TVG's attack, but seems like it was impossible on this stage, as it was too flat for him.
